Our Basic Stance Towards the Handling of Personal Information
We will manage and protect the personal information we have received from you in the following manner.
Purpose of Use
- 1. We will use information such as name, gender, and date of birth to approve or deny admission to prospective students.
- 2. We will use information such as telephone numbers, email addresses, addresses, and other means of contact in order to reply to your inquiries regarding your application and to notify you of test dates and times, etc.
- 3. To apply to the Immigration Bureau for the status of residence acquisition, we will use the personal information specified in the application guidelines.
- 4. Upon enrollment, we will collect personal information about you appropriately in order to maintain proper student management.
Provision and Consignment to Third Parties
We will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party without your approval, except as required by law with respect to the purposes of use (1) ~ (4).
However, if we are required to disclose your personal information by legal procedures from the government or other public offices, we may disclose your information without your approval to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations.
In addition, we will never entrust your personal information to a third party (contractor) for the purpose of outsourcing information processing such as application management or student management to a third party other than our company.
In Case Personal Information Is Not Provided
Purposes of use (1) ~ (3) are required fields when you apply for admission to the Company.
Therefore, if you do not provide the personal information required to apply for admission, we may decline your application.
Please note that if you do not provide the personal information necessary for us to make an admissions evaluation, we will not be able to make an appropriate admissions decision.
Purpose of use (iv) is that we may decline your admission (enrollment) if you, as our student, are unable to provide or authorize some or all the personal information necessary to carry out appropriate student management.
Disclosure, Revision, and Deletion of Personal Information
You can request disclosure of your personal information held by our company. As a result of the disclosure, you can also request to revise or delete your personal information.
However, we do not disclose information related to admissions decisions, as it may significantly interfere with the adequate execution of our operations.
We will not comply if there is a possibility of a serious hindrance to the implementation of proper student management even after enrollment.
