Rent

Monthly rent includes internet, utilities, and water charges.

The entrance fee is non-refundable and is used for facility management and other expenses when you move out.
Even if you move out in the middle of a month, the rent for that month is non-refundable.
If you fail to follow the dormitory rules, you may be required to move out. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
For long-term contracts, the entrance fee plus three months’ rent must be paid in full at the time of signing the contract. From the fourth month onward, the following month’s rent must be paid by the end of the current month.
For short-term contracts, the entrance fee plus three months’ rent must be paid in full at the time of signing the contract.

Family members, relatives, and friends are strictly prohibited from staying overnight.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
Moving or disposing of equipment in private rooms or shared areas without permission is strictly prohibited.
If any equipment in a private room or shared area is damaged, the resident will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
