- Entrance fee includes room cleaning rate and fire insurance rate (50% of entrance fee). So, 50% of entrance fee will be refunded when a student leaves the dormitory. Students have to inform us about 10 days before leaving. If not, there is no refund acceptable.
- If students leave the dormitory in the middle of the month, they can pay room charge per day, only if they let us know 10 days before leaving.
- Students who do not follow the rule of the dormitory could be told to leave. In such case no refund acceptable.
- Room charge for students of the long-term course
The room charge should be paid in a lump for number of the first 3 months. This charge includes entrance fee and 3 months’ room charge. After first 3 months, the charge can be paid per month. - Room charge for students of the short-term course.
The room charge should be paid in a lump for number of months student is applied. This charge includes entrance fee and that number of months.
Additional charge
- Bedding set for rent：12,500 yen (for using during 3 months)
- Bedding set for buying：12,500 yen
- Washing machine：100 yen
NOTE
- Staying of guests or family is prohibited in the dormitory.
- No smoking in the dormitory.
- It is prohibited to move or dispose of inside room and common spaces’ facilities without permission.
- Damage of room and common spaces’ facilities should be compensated.
