Registration Procedure

※All school

Applicants are to complete the designated documents and attach required documents and send it to the school before the deadlines.

Qualifications Required for Enrolment

To be a qualified applicant, you need to complete the following conditions:

  1. Completed 12-year school curriculum in your home country.
  2. Complete the education requirements in your home country that qualifies you to enroll in an institution or higher education.
  3. Interviewed with any of our school staff
  • Applicants should generally be under age 29
  • Applicants may be required to take examinations to evaluate their basic educational or achievement levels during the selection process.

Application Procedure

Ⅰ)Documents of applicant to be submitted

  1. Application form (applicant to fill up the designated application form)
  2. Reason for your application (use normal A4 paper)
  3. Original copy of graduation certificate from the most recent academic institution attended.
  4. Original academic transcript from the most recent academic institution attended.
  5. Japanese Language experience questionnaire (designated form)
  6. 4 copies photo (3cm x 4xm), taken within the past 3 months. (One copy of photo should be affixed to the application form)
  7. digital ID photo(.jpg format)
  8. Certificate of attending any Japanese courses (150 study hours or more), academic transcript and attendance certificate
    Any Japanese Language Proficiency Exam Certificate (i.e JLPT) (if any)

The documents listed below may be needed for submission, please prepare accordingly

  • Employment Letter (for those you are currently working or have working experience)
  • Copy of passport (those who have been to Japan must attach a copy of their visa)

Ⅱ)Documents for financial guarantor to be submitted

  1. If financial guarantor lives in Japan
    1. Written Oath(use the designated form with the registered seal or signature)
    2. Letter of Support (explaining the financial support of the applicant) to the Ministry of Justice(use the designated form with the registered seal or signature)
    3. Employment Letter
    4. Resident Taxation Certificate or Tax Payment Certificate
    5. Certificate of Residence (listing all family members in the same household) or Certificate of Alien Registration (if the financial guarantor is a foreigner living in Japan)
    6. Certificate of Seal Registration
    7. Document proving relation between the applicant and financial supporter
    8. Bank Statement
  2. If financial guarantor lives outside of Japan (will provide financial support from the applicant’s country)
    1. Written Oath(use the designated form with the registered seal or signature)
    2. Letter of Support (explaining the financial support of the applicant) to the Ministry of Justice(use the designated form with the registered seal or signature)
    3. Bank Statement under the name of financial sponsor (in JPY or USD)
    4. Employment Letter or Business License
    5. Document proving relation between applicant and financial guarantor
    6. Proof of income (Only for citizens of China), original copy of annual income and tax revenue certificate
  3. If the applicant is the financial provider
    1. Written Oath(use the designated form with the registered seal or signature)
    2. Breakdown of necessary expenses (Immigration Bureau designated form)

Remarks

  • Individual documents may differ and additional documents may be needed for submission
  • Documents need to be translated into Japanese (Please contact us if necessary)
  • All documents submitted must be issued within 3 months of application

Ⅲ)Application fee

Applicants fee is 30,000 Japanese Yen (all applicants with option A, B or C).

Application fee should be paid concurrently with the admission documents. Once paid, this fee cannot be returned or refunded.

Selection Procedure

All submitted documents will be examined. If necessary, we will also request interviews with the applicant and the financial guarantor

Notification of Acceptance

After selection of qualified applicants, we will submit the selected applicant’s documents to the Immigration Bureau and they will issue the Certificate of Eligibility. We will notify the results of the selection process to the financial guarantor through the Immigration Bureau. Please allow 2-3 months between submitting an application and receiving the results from the application process.

Enrollment Procedure and VISA Acquisition

  1. Once receiving notification that a Certificate of Eligibility is issued, we will confirm the tuition fee of the applicants. We will then validate the applicant and mail the Certificate of Enrollment and Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant. Each applicant should then go to the nearest Japanese diplomatic office and apply for a pre-college student visa. Applicants should prepare the following documents.
  2. Applicants should prepare the following documents.
    • Certificate of Eligibility
    • Passport
    • Photo (2 copies)
  3. The financial guarantor should inform the school of the applicant’s scheduled arrival date.
  • The ‘Certificate of Eligibility’ requires about 2 to 3 months before it is issued. Therefore, it will take 4 to 5 months from the date of the application is submitted to the time an applicant can enter Japan.
