The room charge should be paid in a lump for number of months student is applied.This charge includes entrance fee and that number of months.
- The entrance fee for the dormitory is non-refundable and will be used for room cleaning and other expenses when you leave.
- If students leave the dormitory in the middle of the month, they can pay room charge per day, only if they let us know 10 days before leaving.
- Students who do not follow the rule of the dormitory could be told to leave. In such case no refund acceptable.
Additional charge:
- Bedding set for rent：12,500 yen (for using during 3 months)
- Bedding set for buying：12,500 yen
- Washing machines：100 yen – 200 yen
- Drying machines：100 yen
NOTE
- Staying of guests or family is prohibited in the dormitory.
- No smoking in the dormitory.
- It is prohibited to move or dispose of inside room and common spaces’ facilities without permission.
- Damage of room and common spaces’ facilities should be compensated.
